Role Overview
Join Leidos' Digital Modernization Group as a Configuration Management Analyst to contribute to the operations, sustainment, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN).
What You Will DoMaintain configuration management plans, support change management processes, and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.
Why It Might Be a FitThis role requires a motivated and capable individual with experience in Configuration Management or a related IT field, a basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, and experience with Service Now.
Requirements- Security Clearance: A current and active DoD Secret security clearance
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Configuration Management or a related IT field
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Experience using an ITSM tool (Service Now experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
