Science On Call is the tech support platform for restaurants. We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, graduated from the Techstars Farm to Fork and Food Foundry accelerator programs, and have recently closed our seed round We are transforming remote tech support by combining AI-powered problem-solving with automation tools and a hospitality-driven approach to customer service. This allows the hundreds of restaurants that we currently support from coast to coast to focus on delivering great food and great guest experiences rather than struggling with the technology issues that can bring down their operations.

• Azure:
  Proficient in Azure Machine Learning services, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) LLM
• APIs:
  Experience with large language model APIs and integrating them into applications. (Langchain/Llama Index)
• Machine Learning:
  Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face)

• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying AI applications on Azure, specifically involving LLM APIs for GenAI Dev Ops

• familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Experience in data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and knowledge of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases API

• Experience with creating and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating LLM-based services with other systems

• familiar with creating and managing bots in the Automation Anywhere environment

• experience in wire framing, UI/UX processes, and/or creating front end web pages

• Experience with Digital Workers/robotic process automation (RPA)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with relevant Azure certifications being a plus

Experience or understanding of hospitality and the restaurant industry in particular, or hospitality tech
