Role Overview
The IT Service Desk Support I provides first-line technical support to end users, maintaining Hellermann Tyton's quality and environmental certifications by following corporate policies and procedures.
What You Will Do- Assist with installing and supporting desktops, laptops, and thin clients, prepare and deploy computer equipment, set up and troubleshoot mobile devices, and escalation complex issues to other teams.
Requires basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, familiarity with Microsoft Windows and common applications, and good communication skills.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Information Technology preferred1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS and networked printers/scanners
Valid driver's license, adequate insurance, and a clean driving record
