- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Member of the IL Bar.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex litigation tasks.
- Comfortable with client interaction and courtroom appearances.
- Effective time management skills for billable hour requirements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
