• Manage and handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Engage in work related to corporate and other practice areas.
• Provide effective legal counsel and represent clients in litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies for complex legal cases.
• Conduct legal research, analyze legal issues, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as required, advocating effectively on behalf of clients.
• Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of client service.
• Supervise and mentor junior legal staff as needed.

• Experience in commercial litigation is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to examine cases and documents for legal risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a clear, understandable manner.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with an action-oriented approach to increasing responsibility.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active or eligibility to become licensed to practice law in IL.

• Expertise in commercial litigation, with a deep understanding of legal strategies and risk analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, working well with colleagues and clients alike.
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
