Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations
- Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Execute integration planning and coordination across due diligence and integration processes
- Partner cross-functionally to align on integration approach and execution
- Drive rapid onboarding of acquired companies into logistics and distribution network
- Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building relationships quickly
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder alignment
- Define business requirements and support deployment of transformation initiatives
- Ensure smooth transition of processes to business teams
- Track and drive progress of M&A integrations to completion
- 8+ years supply chain and/or distribution/logistics experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant areas
- SQL, Power BI, Excel or experience with similar systems
- Supply Chain professional certification (preferred)
- SAP experience (preferred)
