Senior Associate, Oracle SCM

• Analyze client needs and implement Oracle supply chain and operations solutions
• Provide training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Use Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud for process improvement
• Manage project resources and budgeting to deliver client solutions effectively
• Develop data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Coordinate supply chain management activities to achieve client objectives
• Support demand forecasting and inventory management to reduce lead times
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges
• Collaborate with teams to enhance procurement strategies and cost management

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management software

• Experience managing complex supply chain transformation projects
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
• Experience with Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
• Ability to develop innovative solutions for cost management and efficiency
• Up to 80% travel
• Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or Management Information Systems is preferred
