The Industrial Product Manager partners closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations leadership to proactively manage risks, drive recovery actions, and ensure stable and predictable product performance. In addition, this role plays a key role in supporting the industrialization and transfer of acquired product lines into Safran, including coordination of work transfers to global Safran production sites, ensuring continuity of performance and successful operational integration.

The role is highly execution-focused, bridging strategy and operations to deliver tangible improvements in delivery performance, supplier reliability, and customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions include owning end-to-end industrial performance for one or more product lines, serving as the primary industrial interface for programs and customers for product-related performance topics, leading development and execution of product-level recovery plans for supply chain and production disruptions, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to a single execution plan, driving supplier performance management, leading escalation management for critical parts and supply chain risks, supporting and leading industrial work transfers associated with acquired product lines, providing structured visibility to leadership on product performance, risks, and recovery actions, supporting and validating implementation of major design or process changes impacting industrial performance, reinforcing governance and accountability across internal teams and supplier network, acting as the central point of accountability for industrial execution at product level, and other duties as required.

Education/Experience includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred, 8+ years of experience in aerospace, industrial operations, supply chain, or program management, demonstrated experience leading cross-functional execution in complex, high-pressure environments, experience in supplier performance management, production recovery, industrialization, or product transfers preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include strong execution leadership and problem-solving capability in operational environments, proven ability to drive accountability across matrix organizations and external suppliers, strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, production systems, and industrial constraints, experience managing recovery plans, ramp-up, supply chain disruptions, or industrial transfers, ability to anticipate risks and proactively drive mitigation actions, excellent communication and influencing skills across executive and operational levels, ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments requiring rapid decision-making, strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability.

This position requires regular travel to supplier sites and internal Safran production locations to support industrial performance, recovery actions, and product transfer activities. Travel is expected to be between 25-75%, dependent on transfer product scope and phase of transfers, travel will include domestic and international travel, particularly during periods of recovery, ramp-up, or industrial transfer execution. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to work in a stationary position and frequently operates on a computer and standard office equipment.
