The Supply Chain Manager will lead purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships within a growing industrial manufacturing environment.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring materials and products move through the business efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. You'll lead purchasing operations, manage domestic and international logistics, drive supplier performance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Oversee domestic and international shipping, import/export activities, freight providers, and customs partners.
- Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and customer requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements across purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while delivering measurable cost savings.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing.
- Experience with domestic and international freight, import/export processes, and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, inventory management, and ERP system experience.
- Proven ability to drive cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
