The location we are looking for is Illinois - Rockford, Machesney Park, Harvard, Marengo, South Beloit and surrounding areas.
Work opportunity for Property Preservation / REO Contractors – Weekly Payment.
Requirements- Experience to perform standard preservation duties and tasks, including: winterization, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services (including sales clean), boarding, preparing / putting property in convey condition, and general/minor household repairs.
- Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair or replacement.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be detail oriented when reporting results – including reports with photos, bids, etc.
- Must meet client deadlines.
- Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks and materials on a regular basis.
Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
