We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Personal Care Manufacturer based in Illinois. The role requires a hands-on and action focused individual, willing to lead a facility. You will be responsible for adherence to OSHA, FDA and cGMP standards.
Responsibilities- Track, manage and improve inventory flow through the site
- Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Manage warehouse staff and establish key performance metrics
- Ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
- Strong background in SAP / WMS
- 7+ years of Warehouse leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive efficiency
- Experience in FMCG regulated industries preferred
