Do you have deep expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management? Are you ready to take full ownership of the financial operations for a growing, mission-driven company?

We are a rapidly expanding Home Instead franchise enterprise, and we’re looking for a Business Manager to oversee our financial systems and ensure accuracy, compliance, and stability across six (and growing!) locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Take full ownership of the books: general ledger, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and monthly close.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and licensure requirements.
  • Standardize financial processes across multiple offices.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and VP of Operations to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (full-charge or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency with Quick Books, ADP Workforce Now, and Excel.
  • Proven track record of managing financials for multi-entity or multi-location businesses.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Healthcare, senior care, or franchise experience a plus.
