Key Responsibilities Lead teams and develop annual business plans to meet client expectations Act as a senior leader for client interactions and decision-making on escalated issues Manage budget planning and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience in analytical and problem-solving tasks
