Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a results‑driven and highly organized professional to lead and grow our Lil’ Kickers soccer program and youth birthday party business. This role is responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic growth of both business lines, including staff leadership, operational oversight, and revenue generation.
This position’s primary duty is the management and growth of the Lil’ Kickers program and birthday party operations, with a focus on staff supervision, business performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Program & Business Management- Own scheduling, registration, and performance outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
- Drive revenue growth across both business lines
- Supervise and develop staff
- Create schedules and ensure proper coverage
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Manage staff and resolve day‑of issues
- Generate and convert leads
- Build community partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing efforts
- Oversee seasonal scheduling and enrollment
- Maintain program quality and consistency
- Support instructors and ensure strong customer experience
- Oversee booking, planning, and execution
- Ensure a seamless experience from inquiry through completion
- Manage staff and resolve day‑of issues
- Maintain records and reporting systems
- Track performance metrics
- Update SOPs and improve processes
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in youth programming, sports management, recreation, or event operations
- Experience in a leadership role with staff supervision and accountability
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or program growth
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational priorities
- Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset
- Must be available to work night, weekends and peak event times
- Ability to move throughout the facility to supervise staff, programs, and events, including standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed to support operations
- Ability to observe activities and provide real‑time coaching and direction to staff
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically with staff, parents, and community partners
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and move between program and event areas as needed
