RTX, the aerospace and defense leader, is seeking a Director, Integrated Systems to lead the Electric Power Systems product line at our Rockford, IL facility. You will direct four program managers, oversee contracts, deliveries, and KPIs, and partner across SBUs and with OEMs to advance distribution technology.
Travel 10-20% as required. A U.S. Person is required. You will drive budget ownership, strategic planning, and customer negotiations, guiding execution from Kick-Off to Entry into Service.
