We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. You’ll design and optimize production processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and promote a safe operating environment.
• Design and improve manufacturing methods, process flow, and production standards for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date assessments of production line capabilities and constraints.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (Lean initiatives).
• Develop plant layouts, SOPs, and training programs to support operational excellence.
• Provide technical support for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, supporting professional development and best practices.
• Drive “Fit for Tomorrow” projects to enhance manufacturing performance and culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
