** Summary of Position:
** To provide preventive and reparative maintenance services to a manufacturing facility.
*
* Essential Responsibilities:

*** Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment
* Works with line operators to perform work when it least interferes with production needs
* Identifies larger maintenance concerns and brings them to the attention of a supervisor
* Assist with Line Down diagnosis and repair
* Perform 5-S duties as assigned
** Additional Responsibilities:
*** Complete maintenance projects as assigned
* Assist mechanics as requested
* Perform basic repairs identified during preventative maintenance within guidelines
* Perform intermediate or advanced repairs under supervision
* Operate a forklift or other lifts within guidelines
* Material handling. May deliver/receive parts outside of the company
* Communicate with machine operators and supervisors on a regular basis
* Do not perform tasks/repairs that would impact operations or create a line down situation## Qualifications

* * Mechanical Aptitude
* Has a basic understanding of mechanical concepts
* Has a basic understanding of electrical concepts
* Can use and operate most hand tools
* Exposure to welding helpful

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Forklift license
