Level 1 Maintenance Technician

Position Purpose

This role is essential for ensuring that machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

• Installation & Assembly:
  Assemble, install, and test new machinery and equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently.
• Inspection & Diagnostics:
  Conduct quality assessments and diagnostics to identify potential issues.
• Repairs & Adjustments:
  Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.

• High school diploma or general education degree; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with a focus on both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Frequently required to utilize wrist, hand and finger dexterity.

Rate:
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the hourly payrate for this position is $19.00 - $24.66 USD. This payrate is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
