Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders must maintain cleanliness of their work area. The role is compensated on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

meeting or exceeding production standards entitles the employee to additional compensation.

Work Eligibility (prior to first day of employment)

• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Adheres to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing for most of shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to folding station.

Base salary ranges between $15.00 and $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
