Position Title
Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping)

Responsibilities- Coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
- Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Act as a liaison between the Warehouse and all other departments in transportation and logistics matters.
- Coordinate with the waste hauler for pickup of waste and recyclables.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule maintenance on forklifts.
- Gather and track warehouse related metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper segregation of recyclables.
- Act as a liaison between Receiving and Planning to ensure components are received to keep with the production schedule.
- Assist in the duties of “Training” for the Warehouse department.
- Assist in writing or updating departmental work practices and company SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
- Skills Testing at approved grade level for position.
- Basic Mathematical Skills.
- Basic Computer
Skills:
Ability to perform basic computer tasks and use common computer programs. - Minimum Professional Proficiency:
Ability to speak in a way that allows participation effectively in various conversations. - Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
- Intermediate Reasoning:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. - Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Hiring rate: $19.96 - $22.46 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
