CNC Lathe Setup Technician
We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Setup Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with machining experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC lathes and general machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job routings
- Load, unload, and manage machine programs
- Inspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checks
- Identify and communicate production concerns or process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues as needed
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support team production goals and assist fellow operators when needed
- Education: HS Diploma required
- Experience: 2-5+ years of CNC lathe experience required; experience working on CNC Puma, Daewoo, and/or Mazak machines preferred
- Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints required
- Software: Experience with Mastercam highly preferred

Pay: $27.50 – $38.50/hour

Full-Time, 2nd Shift, On-Site
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
