• Build, manage, and optimize daily/weekly production schedules
• Track work orders and ensure on-time vendor deliveries
• Coordinate materials, tools, and resources across departments
• Balance labor and machine capacity to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Quickly identify and resolve production issues and delays
• Monitor production performance and share updates with leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or scheduling
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems or scheduling software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
