Rockford Ball Screw is seeking a skilled CNC Setup Technician to set up, operate, and optimize CNC lathes (Mazaks, Nakamuras, Doosans) to tight tolerances. You will review tooling, fixtures, and perform first-piece checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
You will develop and maintain CNC programs, tooling, fixturing, and setup sheets, troubleshoot downtime, and collaborate with Engineering to reduce changeovers and improve quality, safety, and throughput.
