2nd Shift Press Brake Operator - Swenson

Swenson Spreader is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join 2 nd shift, working from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. In this role, you will apply lean manufacturing principles to set up and operate press brake machines, performing tasks such as bending, forming, notching, and straightening metal parts based on specifications.

• Set up and operate press brake machines for various production jobs.
• Perform bending and forming operations, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products and record labor/production data.
• Follow safety and lean manufacturing practices to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with press brake machines and metal handling.
• Strong attention to detail, with basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift and handle large parts with overhead cranes.
