A Day in the Life On 2nd shift, you’ll take precision parts from blueprint to finished component. You’ll stage tools, load programs, dial in offsets, verify critical dimensions, and keep production moving safely and smoothly.

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, including keyways for shaft production

Set up and run CNC equipment for drilling, milling, grinding, and turning operations

Translate drawings into machine-ready dimensions and program/offset adjustments

Monitor cycle performance and make on-the-fly corrections to maintain quality

Inspect parts to confirm accuracy and repeatability

Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experience

Lathe and/or horizontal mill background preferred

Fluent in reading blueprints, gauges, and keyway specifications

Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Comfort working independently and collaboratively

Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
