Independently interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders with minimal direction;
Cut, fit, and assemble metal components to tight tolerances using saws, drills, and grinders;
Perform MIG/TIG welding and self-inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy;
Identify issues early, problem-solve on the floor, and keep production moving;
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while upholding shop standards
