General Laborer

Description

Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support our shipping, inventory, and production teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to build a career in manufacturing.

• Pack finished products securely for shipment.
• Create and apply shipping labels.
• Move materials and finished parts throughout the facility.
• Pull inventory for production and customer orders.
• Verify parts and quantities against work orders and packing lists.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials.
• Perform basic inventory counts as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other departments with general labor tasks as assigned.

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and counting skills.
