Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer looking to take ownership of advanced machining processes and capital equipment projects? What You ll Do- Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machining applications.
- Design fixtures, work holding, and machining processes using CAD/CAM software.
- Support manufacturing operations through process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Lead and support capital equipment projects from concept through implementation, including equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Perform machine simulation, optimize tooling, and standardize programming practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and the internal tool room to improve manufacturing performance.
- 3+ years of CNC programming and/or manufacturing engineering experience in a precision machining environment.
- Experience programming CNC machines from scratch, including 5-axis machining centers, mills, lathes, or mill-turn equipment.
- Strong CAD/CAM experience with software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, Creo, Esprit, Edgecam, Solid Works, or similar.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting parameters, tooling, G-code, and manufacturing process optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical blueprints.
- Manufacturing engineering experience within metal machining or precision manufacturing.
- Flexible first-shift schedule with no mandatory weekend work.
