Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer looking to take ownership of advanced machining processes and capital equipment projects? What You ll Do
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machining applications.
  • Design fixtures, work holding, and machining processes using CAD/CAM software.
  • Support manufacturing operations through process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and support capital equipment projects from concept through implementation, including equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
  • Perform machine simulation, optimize tooling, and standardize programming practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and the internal tool room to improve manufacturing performance.
What We re Looking For
  • 3+ years of CNC programming and/or manufacturing engineering experience in a precision machining environment.
  • Experience programming CNC machines from scratch, including 5-axis machining centers, mills, lathes, or mill-turn equipment.
  • Strong CAD/CAM experience with software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, Creo, Esprit, Edgecam, Solid Works, or similar.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, cutting parameters, tooling, G-code, and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical blueprints.
  • Manufacturing engineering experience within metal machining or precision manufacturing.
