Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Level I:
Estimated hourly base pay: $20.67 (minimum) - $26.92 (midpoint) - $33.17 (maximum) Level II:
Estimated hourly base pay: $24.52 (minimum) - $31.73 (midpoint) - $39.42 (maximum)

Woodward is looking for Machine Repair and Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our 1st shift teams at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. These individuals will support our manufacturing equipment to ensure production operations continuously flow.

• Conduct regular inspections and execute preventative maintenance on machinery following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot straightforward machine malfunctions using established guidelines and diagnostic tools.
• Carry out necessary repairs on equipment under close supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Accurately record all maintenance and repair tasks in maintenance logs and reports.
• Communicate technical information and work effectively with team members to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in machinery to determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Execute regular and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing repair and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
