Description
- Analyze existing production and operational processes.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Monitor process performance using data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Process Engineer is responsible designing, implementing, monitoring and improving manufacturing or operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs and waste.
