Estimated hourly base pay: $24.04 (minimum) - $31.25 (midpoint) - $38.46 (maximum) Plus Overtime

Woodward in Loves Park, IL is hiring for an AWS 1st shift (Friday-Sunday 3am-3:30pm) Operations Technician to support our CNC Makino Machine at our Rock Cut Campus. This individual will be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts and components. Mandatory Training for 1st 2 weeks:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Training starting week 3: M-Th 5am-3:30pm

• Operations:
  Follows documented procedures, solves problems with unknown solutions, supports training of other members, leads complex or specialized tasks, troubleshoots challenges, and ensures adherence to production standards.
• Flexes and supports the full product line in various processes/ capacities.
