Silgan Containers in Flora, Illinois is seeking a Packer for the 7am–7pm shift on a full-time, on-site basis. You will work on the production line packing cartons, loading conveyors and flame rs, and ensuring quality and safety on a fast-paced line.
You will monitor for defects, operate a punch, label boxes, and prepare unit tickets while maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role follows Silgan safety policies and may include additional duties as assigned by supervision.
