$25–$35/hour, depending on experience
AvailableShifts:
6:00am — 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
5:00pm — 3:00am (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:- Operate large CNC milling machines to produce complex, high-tolerance components (up to 80 tons and 30 meters in length)
- Set up, program, and verify machining operations using Siemens and Fanuc controls
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to determine machining sequences
- Setup large work pieces using overhead cranes, fixtures, and proper rigging with strict safety adherence
- Load, verify, and manage pre-set tooling in tool magazines and chains
- Perform both manual and CNC machining (including drilling, tapping, and finishing)
- Monitor production, optimize performance, and perform quality checks using precision instruments
- Troubleshoot machining issues; collaborate with engineering and supervision to resolve challenges
- Maintain a safe work environment and actively support improvement initiatives
- 3–5 years’ CNC machining experience with large or heavy equipment
- Proven skill working with complex operations and large CNC mills
- Previous experience with Siemens and Fanuc CNC controls required
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, routings, GD&T, and machining practices (tools, speeds, feeds)
- Proficient with work holding, alignment, and precision measurements
- Ability to adapt to both CNC and manual operations as needed
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and occasional weekends
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or machining certification is a plus
