Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Programmer/Lathe Operator to join our client’s machine shop on a direct-hire basis for the 1st shift. This hands-on role blends programming, setup, and precision machining in a high-performance environment.
You will read complex drawings, write Master Cam programs for CNC lathes and mills, set up machines, select tooling, and support scheduling and safety initiatives. Starting at $22/hr with overtime and growth potential.
