Forge Resources Group in DeKalb, IL is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to provide leadership in a busy metal forging facility. You will manage schedules, supervise production staff, ensure safety, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with departments to meet on-time delivery.
Ideal candidates will have manufacturing leadership experience and knowledge of production tools, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. This role is on-site at our DeKalb location.
