The Fremont Company is hiring a Formulation Technician / Batch Cook for the third shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to turn raw ingredients into consistent ketchup batches. You will follow precise recipes, monitor temp, viscosity, and Brix, and ensure batch records are accurate.
Experience with ketchup or tomato-based products is strongly preferred, with broader food-manufacturing or batch-processing experience a welcome asset. Safety-first, detail-oriented candidates will thrive here.
