Level I: Estimated hourly base pay: $19.50 - $21.00 Plus shift premium & overtime

Level II: Estimated hourly base pay: $22.00 - $25.00 Plus shift premium & overtime

Woodward is hiring Operations Technicians to support the production lines at our Loves Park Campus. These individuals will work the Weekends, 2nd Shift (Friday - Sunday, 3:00pm - 3:30am). This position is responsible for performing manufacturing operations, using various hand and specialty tools and inspection / measurement equipment and will work to produce quality aerospace parts.

Training hours for the first 2 weeks: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:
Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment.

Flexes and supports the full product line in various processes/ capacities.

Process:

Observe sand records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations.

Accurately logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns. Follows standard operating procedures.

Quality:
Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records andmaintainsdata per operating standards.

Organization & Cleanliness:
Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.

Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly storedandmaintained.

Safety Mindset:
Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements;maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding workareato promote a safe working environment.
