Premom has constantly worked to be a game-changer in the women’s reproductive health industry.

We are seeking a self-starter marketer who is organized, an analytical thinker, and has a passion for helping women start or grow their families. The Influencer Marketing Specialist role is responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will be identifying and partnering with relevant influencers who align with our brand, coordinate campaign logistics, and ensure successful collaborations to enhance our brand awareness and drive engagement.

Job Responsibilities Social Media
  • Develop and execute a content strategy focusing on growing brand awareness and driving organic user acquisition across various social platforms
  • Create, plan, and produce content (including appearing in front of the camera) for various platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and Facebook (but not limited to)
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, including scheduling, posting
  • Moderate and grow user-generated content and utilize social listening to identify trending topics to develop social conversations among our audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizing content for growth; create weekly and monthly reports to educate the team on results and recommend actionable next steps for improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, medical, and customer service teams to align broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and company objectives
  • Think creatively and experiment with new ideas, formats, and strategies to continuously improve engagement and user acquisition, testing innovative approaches and analyzing their effectiveness.
Partnerships
  • Identify and engage with influencers and affiliates whose audiences align with our target market and brand values, build strong relationships and coordinating communications throughout campaigns
  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to content coordination, ensuring campaigns drive measurable brand growth and align with overall content strategy
  • Oversee the affiliate program by optimizing commission structures and recruitment strategies, while managing gifting and seeding campaigns to enhance brand awareness and foster user loyalty
  • Strengthen relationships with brand advocates, micro-influencers, and affiliates to encourage user-generated content
  • Analyze campaign performance across influencer and affiliate channels to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years working in social media and/or influencer experience for a high-growth B2C brand (required)
  • Be able to be self-motivated and work well under pressure with changing priorities under minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns preferably with women’s health or mobile app-related companies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that include a creative style combined with an analytical mindset
  • Deep knowledge and passion for social media marketing, with a strong grasp of trends and best practices on Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube, and a deep understanding of what drives engagement and success on these platforms
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and track KPIs while making data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
