Responsibilities:
- Support the development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials to deliver high-quality customer-facing resources.
- Own assigned tactical work streams from planning through execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and project plans.
- Facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process to ensure timely, compliant approvals.
- Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate promotional resource deployments, field communications, National Sales Meetings, and other initiatives with Sales Training and Commercial teams.
- Support congress-related promotional materials, local congress kits, booth driver assets, and other customer engagement programs.
- Own marketing operations work streams, including print and fulfillment coordination, and maintain promotional inventories and resource tracking.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining marketing systems, identifying process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree + 1 year directly related experience OR Bachelor’s + 2 years OR Associate’s + 6 years OR High school diploma/GED + 8 years.
- 2+ years biopharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience (marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or related).
- Experience supporting promotional marketing materials development/execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and MAC process (preferred).
- Neurology/rare disease/specialty pharmaceutical experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, learning agility.
- Experience supporting field-facing tools, congress resources, or promotional operations (preferred).
