Foundation Development Manager

Northern Illinois Hospice seeks a Foundation Development Manager to lead fundraising initiatives that sustain compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families. In this role, you will design and execute annual giving, major gift, and grant strategies; cultivate and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors; and manage fundraising events that engage the community. Using donor databases and analytics, you will track results, report impact, and inform strategy.

Working in a compassionate, interdisciplinary, and collaborative culture, you will partner with clinical and leadership teams to align funding priorities with patient-centered programs and long-term organizational growth.
