Boonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Union, KY is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a pay range of $29 to $34 per hour, plus additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct LPN nursing care
- Oversee nursing assistants’ activities
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Attend required training and educational events
Requirements:
- Current Kentucky LPN certification
- Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid work history with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and passion for elderly care
