Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Orthopedics position requiring an active IL RN license and strong orthopedic skills.
Responsibilities- Works in the Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit of a busy hospital
- Night shift position from 7:00pm to 7:30am
- 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week
- No on-call requirements
- Provide nursing care to orthopedic medical-surgical patients
- Position does not have urgent hiring status
- Night shift team environment
- Active IL RN license required
- 2-3 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
- Strong orthopedic nursing skills necessary
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
