Join our healthcare partner's team, where you'll be an integral part of a unit that values your skills and dedication. As a Registered Nurse in the Cardio IC specialty, you'll have the chance to work across various units, including Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU, and ICU. Your extensive cardiac experience and ability to float between units will be highly valued.

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care tailored to individual needs
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience, escalating as necessary
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current IL License, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required
