Pay Rate:
Up to $65/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Float Pool

Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU), Step Down, Telemetry Med / Surg, Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry Cardiac, Med-Surg Ortho, Med-surg Adult, Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU)

Shifts:

12hr nights

• Responsible for 24-hour management of the patient care department ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional patient experiences.
• Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and skills based on principles of psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences that utilize the nursing process.
• Demonstrates attributes of servant leadership, communicates exceptionally, and motivates others to achieve outcomes through work with multidisciplinary teams.

• BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 1/2year(s) exp. Interim leadership/nurse manager experience
• BLS, ACLS
• Experience in telemetry or step-down preferred.
• Strong assessment, multitasking, and crisis management skills.
• Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
• Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
