Position: Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner - Rockford, IL $95,000 - $145,000

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin, is seeking a full‑time, Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Rockford, IL. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with an interest in providing high quality personalized care to patients in a well‑established and robust practice.

Opportunity:
  • Join a well‑established practice in collaboration with an experienced physician
  • Practice is located in our Rockford Medical Building Clinic in Rockford, IL
  • Monday through Friday (8 am‑5 pm); NO weekends or holiday rotations
  • Assist with growing this practice and providing better access for our patients
  • Enjoy independence and the support of a fast‑growing health system
Experience/Licensure:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Current IL RN license and Current IL APRN license OR Current IL PA license
  • Current DEA
  • ATLS, other certifications as required
Compensation & Benefits:
