CRNA Position-Rockford, Illinois Area

A highly regarded private practice anesthesia group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dynamic team in the Rockford, Illinois area. This position offers flexible scheduling and exposure to a wide range of cases, making it an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs looking to grow their careers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Overview:

The CRNA will work across six diverse healthcare facilities, providing anesthesia for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures. Case types include thoracic, vascular, obstetrics, pediatrics, trauma, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GI, and other outpatient procedures. The position offers a choice of 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts, allowing CRNAs to create a schedule that fits their personal and professional lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $270,000, $75,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, licensing and professional dues, six weeks of paid vacation, CME allowance (time and funding), tuition reimbursement, generous retirement plan. Overtime available for those seeking additional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties and settings, collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, perform pre-anesthesia assessments and provide thorough post-anesthesia care, maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records.
