Travel Nurse RN – Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Location: Rockford, IL
Agency: Magnet Medical
Pay: $2,632 per week
Shift: Rotating – 5 days - 9 hours
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 7/20/2026
About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Rockford, Illinois. The role involves direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab using the nursing process and adhering to unit‑specific protocols.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Follow unit‑specific procedures and protocols as defined by the facility.
- Graduated from an accredited RN program.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching; may require lifting to 80 pounds.
- May require standing and walking 2-5 hours at a time.
- Exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases, waste, and/or blood‑borne pathogens is possible.
