As part of the interdisciplinary team, the RPN is responsible and accountable for providing quality patient/family focused nursing care in accordance with the hospital’s philosophy, policies and standards of care, the College of Nurses (CNO) and all relevant legislation.

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse.
• Current BCLS.
• ECG interpretation preferred.
• CC1 or commitment to complete within six (6) months of hire.
• Medication administration course.
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour or equivalent preferred.
• Certificate in Gentle Persuasive Approach preferred.

• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to function both independently and as an inter‑professional team member in a fast‑paced demanding environment.

Operations run 24/7. Expected to be available weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
