Nursing Services Manager
100% FTE, full-time. Day/Evening shift. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
We are seeking a Nursing Services Manager to:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing unit operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care.
- Drive clinical excellence and operational success by advancing quality outcomes, optimizing resources, and championing initiatives that support organizational goals and patient satisfaction.
- Shape the future of nursing excellence through staff development, mentorship, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration. Preferred
Work Experience:
- Experience in nursing leadership. Required
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
