Optum Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Home‑based Medical Care team in Arkansas. The role entails 10 hours per week with flexible hours 8 AM–5 PM, five days a week. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered for external candidates.
See patients, coordinate with PCPs, and deliver high-quality home-based care to complex patients.
Required:
AANP/ANCC/NCCPA certification and active NP/PA licensure, plus RN licensure.
